Establish efficient productivity through assistance from department Leadership. Complete special project assignments as needed and look for areas of innovation designed to improve Guest Service, Team Member, or operational effectiveness. Forecast financial outcome of department in accordance with Station Casinos’ guidelines. Prepare a yearly budget for departments in accordance with Station Casinos’ guidelines, along with applicable business plans and capital requests. Maintain labor and operating budgets for all departments reporting to position. Work with Corporate Revenue Management to effectively yield the Hotel inventory and manage Hotel rates, devise packages, promotions and strategies to drive revenue in accordance with budget. Responsible for various Hotel departments, including, but not limited to: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Valet, Concierge, Gift Shop, Uniform Room, Catering (varies by property), Internal Maintenance (varies by property) and Pool (varies by property). Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture.
